Cancel any time during the trial and you are not charged — and cancelling does not end the trial early, you keep access until it would have expired. A trial converts into a paid subscription automatically if you do nothing, which is Apple's and Google's standard behaviour for every app. Cancellation is done in the store, not in the app: Settings then Subscriptions on iOS, or the Play Store on Android.
Cancellation happens in the store that took the payment, not in the app, because Apple and Google own the subscription record. On iOS: Settings, then your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then this app. On Android: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not cut off access immediately, so Premium keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and you do not get a partial refund for the remainder. If you subscribe on an iPhone and later install the Android app while signed in to a different Google account, that second install will not see the subscription — the entitlement is tied to where you bought it. Buying on both platforms is never necessary and would mean paying twice for the same thing. Content you generate is tied to your app data rather than to the platform, so it is there either way. If you are unsure which account bought it, the subscription is listed under that account's Subscriptions screen in the relevant store.

Refunds are handled by the store that processed the payment, since Apple and Google are the merchants of record and we never see the card. For iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com and select the purchase; Apple decides these case by case and usually responds within a few days. For Android, open the Play Store, find the subscription under Payments and subscriptions, and use the refund option there — Google’s self-service window is short, after which it becomes a manual request. Cancelling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund: cancelling stops future charges but leaves the current period in place. If we change the Premium price, existing subscribers keep the rate they signed up at when their subscription renews — a price change applies to new subscribers, not retroactively to people already paying. Regional pricing moves on its own for a different reason: both stores periodically adjust local prices when exchange rates shift, so the number in your currency can change even when the base price has not. Whatever the current price is for you, the store's purchase sheet shows it before you confirm, and your renewal price is visible in your subscription settings at any time. Nothing about a price change affects content you have already generated, which stays in the app regardless of subscription state.
